Stylist Michael Dueñas of Studio C Salon created a round graduated shape for Dana with concave layers on the sides and longer layers on the crown. The bangs over her left eye are undercut for a bold disconnected and asymmetrical feel.
For her color, a deep brown copper is applied in a paisley shape and is broken up with panels of copper blonde. For added dimension, the color at the hairline is left out so that her natural color peaks through.
To style, Michael blow-dried then flat ironed while a medium hold spray and Aveda Control Paste is used to finish.
For a texturized take on the same cut, Aveda Pure Abundance Hair Potion is worked through by hand then a medium hold working spray is used to finish.
